The southern terminus of FM 2576 is at an intersection with FM 40 near the unincorporated community of Savage. The northern terminus is 5.210 miles (8.385 km) to the north, at an intersection with US 62 / US 82 / SH 114 west of Ralls.[1][2]
A route with the designation FM 2576 previously existed in Jasper County, from 1959 to 1961. This route became a part of FM 1131.[3] The current designation was established in 1962.[1]
